The city is also home to one of the oldest public libraries in the word called Bibliothèque humaniste situated in Selestat and there are Christmas markets in Kaysersberg Mulhouse, Colmar and Strasbourg.
When in the mood for some nature bonding you can visit the Alsace Wine Route and the national park named Parc naturel des Vosges du Nord along with the Parc natures regional des Ballons des Vosges which is a regional park situated just south of Vosges.
